Pattern Creation
A rug design that draws from architectural features and organic forms found in nature.

The selected space is styled by Fanny Lovisa Skoglund and photographed by Mikael Lundblad for Wendell Mäkleri & Styling.
The theme of this project is to design a rug pattern for a selected interior space, responding to its atmosphere and furnishing style. The pattern-making process involves tracing, overlapping, and blending imagery derived from architectural and natural elements, forming a visual composition with a sense of layering and rhythm.
